Purchases and Payment
Customers must provide LadyLuxe with complete and accurate details when making purchases. LadyLuxe is not liable if we are given an incorrect delivery address at the time of purchase. Any additional expenses in correcting the order are the responsibility of the customer.
All prices in our store are quoted in your choice of currency using currency select; including New Zealand Dollars (NZD), Australian Dollars (AUD), American Dollars (USD) And Great Britain Pounds (GBP£) and include GST. Costs related to international orders are calculated using an integrated currency converter. LadyLuxe is not responsible for varying currency conversion rates charged by customers’ banks.
Payment is processed through PayPal. Upon checkout, customers will be redirected to the PayPal website where they can select their payment method. However, it is not necessary for customers to have a PayPal account to shop with LadyLuxe.
Subscription Payments
Subscription Boxes can be purchased that automatically renew every 2 or 6 months respectively. Payments leave your account in the last week of each month unless a subscription is cancelled at least 2 days before the next billing date. You may view your billing details, subscriptions, next billing date, and account information anytime by logging into your ‘My LadyLuxe’ account using your email address and password. You may also cancel your subscription anytime from your account under the ‘Subscriptions’ section.
If there are any issues with your subscription, order, or products you receive please contact customercare@ladyluxe.co.nz and we will make it right.
Afterpay
Afterpay service is available on New Zealand orders only. At checkout, customers will be redirected to the Afterpay website to complete the transaction. To be eligible for Afterpay, customers must have an existing New Zealand Visa or Mastercard debit/credit card, over 18 years of age, live in New Zealand. Customers will receive an invoice confirming the order once LadyLuxe receives payment. Some orders may be subject to fraud checks by the LadyLuxe staff, this means you may be required to provide additional identification to verify your transaction.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding public holidays in New Zealand.
Customers will be provided with tracking numbers once orders are shipped out.

In the event where a parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver, DHL will attempt re-delivery. If DHL and/or our team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by DHL’s cut-off time, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver’s country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused.
Fraud
LadyLuxe takes every measure against credit card fraud. If we suspect that a customer’s order may be fraudulent, we will contact the customer to confirm certain details. If the customer refuses to respond with the required information within 7 working days, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Cancellation
LadyLuxe reserves the right to cancel any order if we are unable to provide the requested products. Customers will be immediately contacted in these cases.
LadyLuxe is not liable to compensate for any loss, expense or inconvenience customers may face as a result of cancellation.
