Returns & Exchanges

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and elegance. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will assist you with a prompt refund or exchange, given that it abides by our return and exchange policy.

Returns & Exchange Conditions

1. LADYLUXE accepts returns of unused items by mail within 30 days from the date of shipment.

2. Items must be in original selling condition with all tags attached.

3. The following items will NOT be accepted:

a: Items purchased with a discount or during seasonal sale periods. These are final sale.

b: Incomplete, damaged, worn, altered and washed returns or anything LADYLUXE reasonably believes has been used.

c: Briefs and bodysuits that have been tried on in direct skin contact.

d: Any personalized or monogrammed items. 

4. Returns that do not comply with the La Perla returns policy will not be accepted and are sent back to the customer.

 

How To Exchange An Item

Please note that we only offer size & colour exchanges for full priced items. If the chosen substitute size/colour is not in stock, we will contact you to confirm a refund. For alternative items, a new order must be placed.

Please follow the standard returns procedure to return the items you do not wish to keep and place a new order for the replacement item.

 

How To Return An Item

In the event that an item is to be returned, please complete returns slip below.  

In the event you choose to return an item using your own shipping method, please return the item(s) specifying the reason you are returning the product, refund or exchange to:

Refunds Procedure

On receipt of the returned goods, every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund. Returns are processed within 14 days, but usually a lot quicker.

A confirmation email will be sent once your return has been processed and the refund has been credited to your original payment method. Please note, refunds will be credited only to the original credit card that was used.

LADYLUXE reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange of any merchandise that does not meet our return condition requirements.
