Shipping Information

This document sets out the Terms & Conditions of purchasing on ladyluxe.co.nz and is applicable to New Zealand and Australia customers only. If you do not understand the below Terms & Conditions, or if you have any questions, please contact LADYLUXE Customer Service on customercare@ladyluxe.co.nz .

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Auckland, New Zealand.

Order Delivery

All orders are shipped with DHL express courier service which is available in most locations. A complete list of international destinations can be found here.

All deliveries to International destinations will require a signature on delivery. If there is no one at the residence the order will be taken back to the depot or a third party courier whichever applies to your location for collection.

Delivery Options

Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout once the delivery option and destination has been selected/entered. We offer the below delivery options:

  • New Zealand
  • Australia
  • International Orders


Delivery Within New Zealand

DHL Flatrate Express Shipping – 1 – 3 business days in metro areas and 1 – 5 business days in regional areas

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 3pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the next business day. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

*During Sale periods, the delivery estimates may increase by 24-48 hours.

** Orders with personalized items will require 2-4 additional days to be embroidered or personalised.

The delivery charge for orders within New Zealand is $15 or Free on orders over $200

 

Delivery Within Australia

DHL Flatrate Express Shipping – 1 – 3 business days in metro areas and 1 – 5 business days in regional areas

LADYLUXE ships to most international destinations. All international orders will be processed in New Zealand dollars. The purchaser is responsible for any and all currency conversion fees.

$25 or Free on orders over $200

International Delivery 

DHL Flatrate Express Shipping 2 – 4 business days for most international destinations but may take up to 8 business days. A full list of international delivery times is available here.

LADYLUXE ships to most international destinations. All international orders will be processed in New Zealand dollars. The purchaser is responsible for any and all currency conversion fees.

International orders may be subject to local customs charges. Any customs, import duties and associated fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged once the parcel reaches its country of destination. Customs policies vary from country to country so please refer to your local customs authority for further clarification on any applicable customs charges.

Delivery charge is $25.

Order Tracking

Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Using this number, the order can be tracked through http://www.dhl.com.au/en/express/tracking/tracking_tools.html

 

Customs Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to local customs charges. Any customs, import duties and associated fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged once the parcel reaches its country of destination. Customs policies vary from country to country so please refer to your local customs authority for further clarification on any applicable customs charges.

If goods are above the threshold and customs entry is required, our logistics partner will charge an additional admin handling fee for customs clearance. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. LADYLUXE cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. If you choose to refuse to pay these charges, your parcel may be abandoned, and LADYLUXE will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. For more information about your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office.

**International orders cannot be marked as a gift as a way of bypassing or reducing customs fees.

 

Disclaimer

All orders are shipped by DHL courier service. As a premium delivery service, orders are fully tracked and are shipped express. These Transit Times are estimates only and may be extended by many factors beyond DHL’s reasonable control such as customs and quarantine, processing requirements, weekends and public holidays, varying flight schedules and other origin specific or destination-specific factors.
